Equipment-only enquiries are welcome. Provide the manufacturer, model, part number, technical specification and quantity. Suitability and availability are reviewed against the requirement.
What is needed to troubleshoot an installed assembly?
Send the valve, actuator and positioner identification, control signal, available air supply or electrical details, fault symptoms and photographs or diagrams, where available.
Can an alternative component be proposed?
A proposed alternative requires a technical review of compatibility, operating duty and interfaces. Supply proceeds against client-approved specifications rather than appearance or model similarity alone.
