How information is handled when you use this website and its enquiry builder.
Information you provide
The enquiry builder asks for your name, company, email, optional phone number and technical requirement. This helps you prepare a brief for Kroft. Please include only information relevant to the enquiry.
How the enquiry builder works
Information entered into the form stays in the current page while you use it. The website does not upload your enquiry to a database or automatically send it to Kroft. “Open email enquiry” and “Continue in WhatsApp” open a prepared draft in the selected application. You choose whether to send it there.
Copying or downloading a brief creates a copy on your device. Closing or refreshing the enquiry page clears the form. Avoid entering sensitive operational information on a shared device.
Third-party services
Phone, email and WhatsApp links use the applications and services you select. Those services handle the message according to their own policies. The hosting service manages website access and may process technical access logs. This website adds no advertising trackers or marketing analytics.
